Laboratory Testing Services

Detailed introduction

Everglory operates an independent third-party testing laboratory, accredited with over 20 national and classification society certifications. In compliance with IMO VGP standards and regulations, we provide a one-stop inspection solution for vessels, encompassing sample collection, sealing, preservation, and laboratory analysis delivering comprehensive ship testing services to the maritime industry. The main inspection categories are as follows:

1. Ballast Water D2/VGP: Testing in accordance with the indicative analysis standards stipulated by the IMO and EPA; providing technical support and customer service guidance on relevant regulations.

2. Drinking water/domestic sewage /grey water testing: Laboratory technicians conduct systematic tests on parameters such as pH value, chlorine content, corrosive substances and microorganisms in accordance with relevant norms.

3. Hazardous substances testing IHM: Ship sampling: including hull appearance inspection and sampling investigation, collecting approximately 100 samples. Laboratory analysis: The collected samples are sent to the laboratory for testing. The main testing items include asbestos, PCB and ODS and other hazardous substances.
