Recently, our company successfully delivered the production and installation of deck house solutions for 2 tanker ballast water treatment systems. The project was independently developed, designed and manufactured by our technical team.

The ship adopts Framo submersible ballast pump without pump cabin, which is the most difficult tanker type to refit. When refitting, it is necessary to comprehensively consider many factors such as structure, pipeline, electrical, outfitting, etc., which requires high refitting accuracy and is difficult to design.

Our company's modification project team through professional 3D scanning technology, the design department colleagues after many meetings to discuss and analyze, the problems of the design scheme in a timely manner to correct and solve, and finally determined the detailed and feasible deck installation scheme.

The design of the deck box adopts waterproof, fireproof, acid and alkali resistant, corrosion resistant high-strength alloy material to meet the required pressure levels to ensure the safety performance and reliability of the device.

The box adopts a movable bracket to avoid damage to the device caused by the lateral movement of the tanker, which can effectively resist the erosion of the Marine environment and ensure its long-term safe operation.
