Job Description:
1. Maintain good customer relationship, keep in touch with customers, and assist technical departments to formulate specific solutions according to customer needs;
2. execute the Department marketing plan, develop target customers, establish and maintain good customer relationship;
3. Collect and collate information about products, technologies and competition in the industry.
4. Work closely with technical service departments to improve customer satisfaction with products and services.
5.maintain and update customer, channel data, submit accurate work report on time.
6. track the implementation of orders to ensure timely payment.
7. Comply with the company management system and complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
1. Female, college degree or above, major in international trade is preferred, and engineering background is preferred.
2. Good command of spoken and written English.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills, good at dealing with inter departmental collaboration;
4, have a good sense of time, can efficiently complete the tasks assigned by superiors.
5, careful and prudent, responsible, conversation and manner in line with the quality of foreign trade personnel.
